Please use the following commands through console and fix the file. After that restart the service

1. Fix the permission as follows

chmod 0644 /var/spool/cron/your.cron

2. Fix ownership as follows

chown root.root /etc/cron.d/your.cron

3. Just restart and you are ready to go

service crond restart
