If you try to remove a domain or manually remove a folder you get the following error

Unable to remove /httpdocs/folder_name_you_try_to_delete: filemng failed: filemng: Error occurred during /bin/rm command.

The solution is to change permission of this folder using the following command

chmod -R 755 /var/www/vhosts/example.com/httpdocs

This will do the trick and change every file and folder permission to 755. Then you can easilly erase the folders you want.
