Do not panic and try to locate the source of the problem. Start by Watching Postfix Log Live through PuttyCheck the postfix queue and investigate the logs. Exit command using the

The sender that compromized the account will hide the real email address with an uknown one. So you have to do the following.
Set the email address that is being used as spam address to the /etc/postfix/sender_blacklist and restart the postfix. Check again the logs and the postfix queue.
Step No4
Now if you have blocked all the unauthorized domains sending through a valid account mailbox this account will be revieled. Block or change the account password.
